WHAT: Rio Hondo College’s Pathway to Law School program will host a trio of Los Angeles County Superior Court judges during a special one-hour law panel. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the criminal and civil courts as well as the career trajectories of judges and attorneys. The event is open to all.

DETAILS: Rio Hondo College’s Pathway to Law Initiative assists underrepresented, first-generation students who are interested in pursuing careers in the legal field. Rio Hondo College is one of just 24 California community colleges to have launched a Law School Pathway in fall 2014. The program partners with USC’s Gould School of Law, Loyola Law School, the University of San Francisco School of Law, Santa Clara University School of Law, and law schools at UC Davis and UC Irvine.
