MUSD Student to Represent District in Statewide Art Competition
A Schurr High School student is moving on to the statewide competition for The Reflections Arts Recognition Program, a national arts recognition and achievement program, for his original poem entry in the literature category. Robert Miranda was first chosen to represent Montebello Unified in the 33rd District competition, which encompasses more than 20 other school districts in Southern California and is advancing after garnering the top award in the region.
