Lynwood Unified Senior to be Named 2026 Edison Scholar, Earns $50,000 STEM Scholarship
WHAT: A Lynwood High School senior will be recognized as one of 30 Edison Scholars, earning a $50,000 scholarship.
The Edison Scholars program annually awards 30 high school seniors with scholarships supporting studies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Students selected for this prestigious scholarship demonstrate academic excellence, leadership and a commitment to using STEM to create meaningful impact in their communities.

DETAILS: This year’s Edison Scholar recipient continues a strong tradition of Lynwood Unified students earning recognition through the prestigious Edison Scholars program for their dedication to pursuing STEM pathways. Previous Lynwood Unified recipients include:
