WHAT: Baldwin Park Unified invites families and community members to attend its virtual wellness fair, where they can learn about self-care strategies and mental health resources.

Attendees will explore a variety of break-out sessions that are aimed toward students, parents and staff, with topics that include: practical tips on how to manage family stress, establishing routines during distance and hybrid learning, how to build a network of safety for school communities and stress management for educators.

The virtual event is hosted in partnership with Care Solace, Foothill Family, Kaiser Permanente, Project Cal-Well, the Center for Integrated Family and Health Services and TeenLine.

DETAILS: The virtual event will begin with an opening session on resiliency, followed by an hour of break-out sessions.

Parents also are invited to enter a $50 gift card raffle, sponsored by Care Solace, that will be held at the end of the event.
