WHITTIER – Whittier Union High School District is hosting its annual District College Fair at La Serna High School on Wednesday, Sept. 18, providing students and parents a one-stop shop for meeting with dozens of college representatives and getting their college entrance questions answered.

The event, taking place from 6 to 8 p.m., will feature more than 70 representatives from community colleges, Cal States, UCs, private/independent colleges and out-of-state universities.

Colleges scheduled to participate include UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Santa Barbara, Cal State Fullerton, Humboldt State University, San Francisco State University, Rio Hondo College, FIDM, Los Angeles College of Music, Southern California Institute of Architecture, University of Arizona, University of East London, Willamette University and more.

Representatives from the military and other support programs, including Tri-Cities ROP and California Student Opportunity and Access Program (Cal-SOAP), will also be present. Various informational college workshops will be offered, including:
