WHAT: The Río Hondo College Foundation will host “Roadrunner Madness,” a faculty vs. administration volleyball match as part of a fundraising event to support student scholarships. The event is open to the public, with tickets available for purchase online now for $15. Individuals can contribute to support the event and Río Hondo College’s students, regardless of their ability to attend, by donating here.

DETAILS: Tickets to “Roadrunner Madness” include admission to the match, dinner and a halftime show lip-sync battle. Río Hondo College students can register and receive complimentary admission to the event, including dinner.

In the volleyball match, the faculty team, dubbed “2 Legit 2 Quit,” will face off with the administration’s “Regulators” team. Each team is raising funds for the winner-take-all match, with the victorious side choosing the scholarship of their choice, with all proceeds directly supporting students.
