Río Hondo College Hosts Annual Golf Tournament to Support Students
WHAT: The Río Hondo College (RHC) Foundation will host its annual golf tournament to continue its mission to provide financial support to RHC programs, equipment, scholarships, and other projects benefiting the College community and its scholars. The golf tournament first launched in 2005 and is one of the Foundation’s signature fundraisers, having generated a net revenue of more than $450,000 to benefit RHC students.
WHEN: Monday, Sept. 30 | 7:30 a.m. check-in; 8 a.m. shotgun start
WHERE: Pacific Palms Resort, 1 Industry Hills Pkwy., City of Industry
DETAILS: The Pacific Palms Resort, known as LA’s Hilltop Hideaway, is the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort in Los Angeles County and provides scenic views of the San Gabriel Valley mountains. The Resort’s Industry Hills Golf Club has two courses, including the Eisenhower Course, which has hosted many U.S. Open Qualifying tournaments and LPGA tour events.
All participants receive tournament entry and access to a golf cart, a commemorative polo shirt, a gift bag with a selection of goodies, breakfast and lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
