WHAT: Upland Unified School District will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of Upland High School’s newly renovated athletic facilities. The upgraded space features new artificial turf baseball and football multi-use fields as well as a new high-tech scoreboard and sound system.

WHEN: 3 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18

WHERE: Upland High School, 565 W. 11th St., Upland

DETAILS: The Upland High School Athletic Field upgrades, funded by generous community donors, are designed to foster school spirit and promote healthy living by providing space for physical education classes, athletic programs, student performances, and community gatherings.

Local dignitaries, school officials, student athletes, and community donors will join the celebration. Light refreshments will be served.
