WHAT: San Gabriel Unified School District will host a TK-5 Parent Information Night for families who want to learn about the District’s robust early learning opportunities.

The session will cover the enrollment process and elementary school offerings, including kindergarten and transitional kindergarten, music immersion and Spanish dual-language immersion, STEM curriculum, design-based learning and a 1:1 student-to-tech device ratio.

WHEN: Monday, Feb. 25, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

WHERE: Jefferson Middle School Gym, 1372 E. Las Tunas Drive, San Gabriel

DETAILS: Parents will have the opportunity to meet with San Gabriel Unified Superintendent Dr. John Pappalardo and their child’s future principal after the presentation.

For kindergarten, children must turn 5 by Sept. 1. For transitional kindergarten, children must turn 5 between Sept. 2 and Dec. 2. Children who turn 5 between Dec. 3 and Jan. 1 will be accepted into transitional kindergarten as space is available.

Enrollment packets and inter-district transfer applications will be available. The event is open to residents of San Gabriel and neighboring communities.
