WHITTIER – The Whittier Union High School District will host its annual District College Fair at Santa Fe High School on Thursday, Sept. 21, allowing students and parents to meet with dozens of college representatives and get first-hand information about the college application process and financial aid.

Students from all of the District’s high schools are invited to participate in the District event, which will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Santa Fe High, 10400 Orr & Day Road, Santa Fe Springs.

The fair will feature more than 65 college representatives from UCLA, UC Berkeley, Cal State Fullerton, Rio Hondo College, Biola University, Los Angeles College of Music, University of San Diego, Whittier College, University of Colorado-Boulder and Washington State University. Representatives from the military and other nonprofit organizations will also be present.

Students and their parents can also participate in several informative workshops on the advantages of community college, pathways to four-year universities, financial aid, career exploration, DACA/immigration rights, college athletics and college sports recruiting.
