The blended program offers face-to-face instruction in math and English three days a week and online curriculum for other classes with support from Las Flores teachers. Students may use campus labs for online classes or to collaborate with peers. The traditional program for grades nine to 12 features online curriculum in all subjects, including Advanced Placement, electives, career technical education and foreign language. Science curriculum is supported by campus wet labs.

All courses meet a-g admission requirements for California State University and University of California.

Las Flores also provides traditional support for families in transitional kindergarten (TK) through eighth grade and a hybrid program that provides instruction in core classes and electives. Las Flores is accredited from TK through high school by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
