BALDWIN PARK – Baldwin Park Unified on Wednesday, Sept. 6 will premiere a sleek new website that highlights student achievement and District programs while offering families multiple channels for engaging in their child’s education.

The redesigned site was created through a partnership with leading education website developer Edlio and can be easily reconfigured for access on tablets and mobile phones.

“Baldwin Park Unified is a dynamic school district where, every day, our students achieve the extraordinary,” Superintendent Dr. Froilan N. Mendoza said. “Now, our website will reflect those achievements as well as the rich diversity of our comprehensive academic program.”

Site differences are immediate and dramatic, starting with a video of students at the top the page, intuitive navigation to the District’s calendar, Local Control and Accountability Plan, news and announcements, and recently created Facebook and Twitter social media communication channels.

A translation button atop the site will allow parents to choose the language they wish to use when using the site.

In addition to the District site, Baldwin Park Unified will roll out the changes over the coming months to sites for each District school, enabling staff to easily update critical information for families and students.
